Bosnia's MFA to visit CEI headquarters in Trieste
On the occasion of Bosnian CEI Presidency 2016
26 April, 15:30(ANSA) - TRIESTE - Promoting economic, social and cultural potential of Central and Eastern Europe with a particular attention to the development of transport, energy efficiency and SMEs are the key priorities of the Bosnian CEI Presidency 2016. With the aim of talking about the programme of activities of the Presidency, the Bosnia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Igor Crnadak, will pay a visit to the Central European Initiative (CEI) headquarters in Trieste on Thursday, April 27th.
Among the key events of the Presidency is the international conference organised by the CEI in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), dedicated to the opportunities for companies in the framework of the 'New Silk Road Initiative'.
The event will take place in Trieste on May, 19th. Another event at the centre of minister's visit is the Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the 18 CEI Member countries, which will take place in Banja Luka on June 16th.
The event will underline the strategic objectives of the CEI - reinforcing regional cooperation with the aim of promoting the European integration of the CEI countries that are still not EU members. (ANSA).
