(ANSA) - Venice, June 23 - Former Berlusconi minister and
sitting MP Gianfranco Galan has engaged in "conspicuous
commercial deals in Southeast Asia" worth $50 million, deals
outlined in documents tied to a dummy corporation in his
accountant's name but "traceable to the Galan family,"
prosecutors' case files showed Monday. Galan faces possible
arrest for allegedly receiving millions in bribes from the
consortium in charge of the multi-billion-euro MOSE flood
barriers in Venice.
