(ANSA) - Terni, September 29 - A court in the Umbrian city of Terni on Tuesday sentenced a Moroccan national to 30 years in prison for murder.
Amine Aassoul, 29, was found guilty of slashing the throat of David Raggi, 27, with a broken bottle outside a bar on the night of March 12 this year.
He had been deported in 2007, only to return to claim political asylum in 2014.
That claim had been turned down twice, but the second rejection came only after he had committed murder.
