(ANSA) - Florence, November 16 - The culture ministry on
Monday called on the nation's museums and archeological sites to
check their emergency procedures and make sure they include
measures in case of terrorist attacks.
The ministry urged officials to make sure "security
procedures are followed rigorously" and to "immediately report
potentially dangerous situations to police".
Museums or sites that do not have security protocols in
case of a terrorist attack should put them in place immediately,
asking their local police officials for assistance if necessary,
the ministry said.
