(ANSA) - Rome, March 27 - Italy's UNESCO Committee has voted
unanimously to present the Perdonanza Celestiniana, a religious
ritual celebrated in L'Aquila, and truffle culture as candidates
to be put onto UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage List, ANSA
sources said on Monday. The quake-hit central Italian town of
Norcia is the promoter of the bid, the sources said.
