(ANSA) - Rome, February 21 - Italy's anti-trust authority
officers and tax police inspected TIM offices Wednesday to
verify possible abuse of dominant market position over the
Cassiopea project, sources said.
The project, which has been suspended, regards investments in
fibre in market-failure areas.
The inspection, anti-trust sources said, concerns a possible
strategy to exclude Open Fiber from the market.
