Pignataro banned in FSE bankruptcy (2)

(ANSA) - Rome, March 14 - BNL Rome marketing chief Giuseppe Maria Pignataro was banned from office for 12 months Wednesday in a probe into the bankruptcy of the southern rail company Ferrovie Sud East. He is accused of fraudulent bankruptcy in complicity with FSE former chief Luigi Fiorillo and another two BNL managers, Fabio ferretti and Vito Colaprico.
