(ANSA) - Rome, October 24 - Italy will vote against the next
European Union budget if there are key cuts, Deputy Premier
Matteo Salvini said Wednesday.
"Careful analysis of the next European budget, clear position
of the Italian government: no vote in favour by us if there are
cuts to investments, jobs, agriculture, security and
immigration," he said.
"No to new European taxes that weigh on citizens and
businesses," he added.
