(ANSA) - Naples, March 1 - Police from the southern city of
Caserta said Friday that they have arrested a 45-year-old
Algerian on terrorism charges.
The suspect was wanted at the international level after a
court in the Algerian city of Constantine issued an arrest
warrant for alleged involvement in a terrorist organization.
The suspect left Algeria in 2014 to join ISIS in Syria.
Investigators tracked him down to an abandoned farmhouse in
Acerra, near Naples.
