(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 21 - Flight attendants at the former
national carrier Alitalia discarded their old uniforms and
stripped to their slips at the Campidoglio in Rome Wednesday in
a flash mob protest against what they say is the raw deal they
are getting with its new slimmed down incarnation ITA Airways.
The attendants are up in arms over job losses and pay cuts under
the new airline, which took off on October 15.
