(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 7 - A 25-year-old Moroccan man was
arrested for attempted rape in Monza on Monday, legal sources
said Wednesday.
The man allegedly came up on the woman from behind in the centre
of the northern city while she was talking on the phone at
around noon, pushed her against a wall and tried to take her
clothes off, but she manage to wriggle free and called out to a
nearby police patrol.
The man shouted at her "go to your sh**ty police" and ran away,
police said.
He was caught about 50 yards away and arrested in flagrante
delicto for aggravated sexual assault.
The woman was medicated at a local hospital.
Doctors said she would get over her injuries in about 15 days.
