More rain ahead of sunny weekend say forecasters

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 12 - Italy will see more rain and thunderstorms this week ahead of a sunny weekend, forecasters said Wednesday.
    Downpours and gales will hit Sardinia and Sicily in rthe coming hours and spread to the rest of the country Thursday and Friday, said www. iLMeteo.it meteorologist Lorenzo Tedici.
    From Saturday temperatures will rise to 30-32°C across much of the country, he said.
    The unusually summery weather will last at least until next Wednesday, Tedici said. (ANSA).
