(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 13 - Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky
told the Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly on Thursday
that Kyiv is "awaiting major steps by Italy and France" on the
defence front following the Russian invasion, referring
specially to air defence.
"To be honest, we have 10% of what we need to defend ourselves,"
he added.
