Stellantis Europe sales down 2.6% in Sep

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 18 - Stellantis' European sales fell 2.6% in September on the same month last year, the carmaker said Tuesday.
    The Italo-Franco-American company registered some 174,635 vehicles last month, it said.
    Its market share fell from 18.4% to 16.6%.
    Over the first nine months of the year, Stellantis said, it registered 1,559,467 vehicles, down 16.3% on the same period last year.
    Its nine-month market share fell from 20.3% to 18.9%.
    All car sales in western Europe (EU, EFTA and UK) overall rose by 7.9% to 1,049,926 in September, constructor's association ACEA said.
    Since the start of the year the total is 8,271,115, some 9.7% down on the same nine-month period last year. (ANSA).
