Help poor, no compromise with Gospel says Pope

(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 2 - Pope Francis called on the faithful to help the poor and "not make compromises with the Gospel" during his weekly general audience in the Vatican on Wednesday.
    "Compassion towards the needy and the cast-off will be the only merit in the divine tribunal," he said. (ANSA).
