(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 2 - Polish starchitect Daniel Libeskind is
to chair the jury on the design of a new science museum in Rome,
sources said Thursday.
Libeskind will lead the jurors of the international design
competition for the Science Museum in the Italian capital.
Libeskind, 76, is one of the leading exponents of contemporary
architecture and has designed, among many other works, the
Jewish Museum in Berlin.
Entries for the competition for the Science Museum, which will
be housed in former army barracks in Via Guido Reni, closed on
23 January.
Now the jury must choose the winning project. (ANSA).
