(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 18 - An EU agreement to set up a branch of the patent court in Milan is a major result for Italy, Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said Thursday.
"The Italian government has agreed with France and Germany to establish a branch of the Central Division of the Unified Patent Court in Milan. The agreement will be formalised in the next Administrative Committee. An important result for Italy", Tajani tweeted.
The Italian Government has agreed with France and Germany to establish a branch of the Central Division of the Unified Patent Court (Tub) in Milan. The agreement will be submitted to the other Tub Contracting States at the next Administrative Committee meeting for formalisation. This is an important result for Italy and for the Lombard capital, the result of a political choice of the States Parties to the Tub, following intense political and diplomatic action by Italy, sources said Thursday.
