(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 14 - The government will support every
effort to respond to the damage caused by unexpected flooding in
the Val de Susa town of Bardonecchia on Sunday night, Deputy
Premier and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said on Monday.
"I have just spoken with Piemonte Governor Alberto Cirio.
"I thank the Civil Protection Department and the fire brigade
for the rescue work. The government will support every effort to
repair the damage caused by mud and debris," he added. (ANSA).
