Conte says M5S suing Milan Jew head for antisemitism claim

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 13 - The 5-Star Movement (M5S) is to sue Milan Jewish community president Walker Meghnagi for calling the M5S anti-semites in refusing their participation at a pro-Israel event earlier this week, M5S leader and ex premier Giuseppe Conte said Friday.
    Conte said they had been hoping Meghnagi might apologise but since he hadn't they would take him to court.
    "We can't allow him this grave, intolerable defamation, which slings mud at the values, ideas and history of the representatives, activists and citizens who support our political community," said Conte. (ANSA).
