(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 25 - A priest has been arrested in Sicily
for allegedly demanding families pay to have him preside over
the funerals of their loved ones.
Don Vincenzo Cafra, the parish priest of a church in the
province of Siracusa town of Sortino, is accused of extortion.
Carabinieri police arrested him after allegedly catching him red
handed as he demanded money, around 100 euros, for a service.
