I see glimmers for solution on Stability Pact says Meloni

(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 11 - Premier Giorgia Meloni said at the presentation of PhotoAnsa 2023 at the MAXXI in Rome Monday that she saw glimmers of hope for a deal on the new EU Stability and Growth Pact ahead of this week's year-end EU summit in Brussels.
    "The issue for us is investment," she said.
    "After that the negotiation is open, we are taking a pragmatic approach and I believe that we cannot say yes to a stability pact that no state would be able to comply with because that would not be serious on our part.
    "I see glimmers for a serious solution that takes into account the context in which we operate." (ANSA).
