(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 23 - Chancellor Olaf Scholz will visit
Rome on March 1 and 2 to meet Italian President Sergio
Mattarella and Pope Francis, the German government said in a
statement on Friday.
Scholz will meet Mattarella at 17:00 on Friday March 1 and the
day after he will have an audience with the pontiff in the
Vatican at 11:00, the statement said. (ANSA).
