(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 11 - Three Palestinians served arrest
warrants for terrorism by L'Aquila police Monday had been
planning to use a suicide car bomb to attack an Israeli West
Bank settlement, prosecutors said Monday.
The trio, Anan Kamal Afif Yaeesh, Ali Saji Ribhi Irar and
Mansour Doghmosh, had been planning to bomb the Avnei Hefetz
settlement, they said.
"It's a suicide unit, ready to act in depth and our action will
be soon," says an intercepted WhatsApp message on January 9
between Yaeesh, who is a prison in Terni awaiting extradition to
Israel, and Munir Almagdah, military leader of the Al-Aqsa
Martyrs Brigade. (ANSA).
