(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 12 - One in four shops in Italy have
closed over the last 11 years, Confcommercio retail group
President Carlo Sangalli said Wednesday.
Italy is facing the "risk of commercial desertification" as more
and more people buy on line, he said.
"We must level the playing field," he said "with the same
market, and the same rules, both administrative and fiscal, for
all". (ANSA).
