(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 9 - Lazio's former Italy forward Ciro
Immobile has been strongly linked in the media to a move to
Turkish side Besiktas.
The 34-year-old is the Rome side's all-time top scorer with 207
goals in all competitions.
But he is not considered as central to Lazio's future as he once
was after a disappointing campaign last season.
According to the reports, Lazio Chairman Claudio Lotito would be
willing to let Immobile go to the Istanbul club for around 15
million euros.
Speaking about the speculation on Monday, Lotito said no offers
have been made so far for Immobile and any bids would be
assessed when they arrive. (ANSA).
