Teen who killed girl, dumped body in trolley gets 20 years

(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 17 - A man on Wednesday was found guilty of murdering a 17-year-old Roman girl and dumping her body in a supermarket trolley in a street the Italian capital in June 2023 and he was given a 20-year prison term.
    The sentence was handed down by the Juvenile Court of Rome as the killer, who is of Sri Lankan origin, was 17 years old when he murdered Michelle Maria Causo in Rome's Primavalle district.
    The homicide is part of a spate of shocking femicides in Italy.
