(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 3 - Italy's Marcell Jacobs has qualified
for the 100m semifinals.
The Olympic champion came in second in his heat in 10''05 (the
first three qualified).
"I had to preserve my energy ahead of tomorrow, so I did not
overdo it", Jacobs said Saturday after the race.
"I feel very well, and I hope I will have the right feelings
tomorrow on the track.
"I am happy to be here, the atmosphere is fantastic", Jacobs
told Eurosport. (ANSA).
