'Gimbo' Tamberi on Wednesday morning began qualification rounds
for the men's high jump competition at the Paris Olympics.
He jumped 2.
Tamberi had to postpone his departure for Paris by one day on
Sunday after ending up in hospital due to a high fever and
intense pain believed to have been caused by kidney stones.
He did not have a temperature on Wednesday morning, the athlete
