(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 9 - An 82-year-old Italian man is the
prime suspect in the case of a 75-year-old Italian woman found
murdered in their home near Rome on Friday, police said.
The crime was committed at Castelnuovo di Porto, on the
outskirts of the Italian capital.
A neighbour called the police after hearing the woman's screams.
Italy is enduring a spate of femicides. (ANSA).
