(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 10 - Gianmarco Tamberi said he would compete in Saturday's Olympic high jump final despite suffering a fresh renal colic that left him on a hospital drip and coughing blood just hours before he was due to defend his Tokyo 2020 crown.
