Man killed in trullo blast

(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 11 - A 55-year-old man trapped under rubble following an explosion in a trullo Sunday morning in the countryside of Cisternino, in the province of Brindisi, has been found dead.
    Every attempt proved vain to revive the man trapped for over three hours in the debris after the explosion, most likely caused by a gas leak, after which a woman, believed to be his wife, was taken to hospital in serious condition. (ANSA).
