(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 12 - Argentina striker Lautaro Martinez has renewed his contract with reigning Italian champions Inter Milan till 2029, the Nerazzurri said Monday.
The Inter skipper and World Cup winner, 26, who top scored in Serie A last season, "will be Nerazzurro until June 30, 2029," said the Milanese club in a statement on its website.

The player said on Instagram: "Dear Black & Blues, our hearts will go on beating together.
"I'm very happy to have extended my contract with our Inter and proud to have the privilege to continue wearing the captain's badge to defend our colours as I always have since the day I arrived in Milan.
"We are in for a long season and we nerd all of you.
"Thank you so much for the support, affection and love you have always shown me.
"We will see you all soon. Lautaro." Lautaro, who has scored 103 goals in 206 Inter appearances since joining them from Racing Club in 2018, was the top scorer at the recent Copa America and scored the winning goal in the final, as Argentina won a second consecutive title.
He was also a part of the Argentina side that won the 2022 FIFA World Cup, their third after 1978 and 1986.
Inter are the bookies' favourite to retain their title while last season's runners-up AC Milan are tipped to be their main rivals again.
