(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 14 - A priest near Naples has appealed on
local television after parents demands to send their children to
catechism in parishes kilometers away so as to avoid bumping
into the many sex workers that line the road to the church.
"Please stop working on the road that leads to my church,"
pleaded Don Massimo Condidorio of the San Matteo diocese on the
outskirts of Giugliano.
The parents told the station "we can't tolerate our kids
witnessing all this," referring to the comings and goings of
cars driven by prostitutes' clients at all hours of he day and
night. (ANSA).
