(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 14 - A Ukrainian army tank that was made
in Italy but not supplied to the Italian army and not part of
Italian arms shipments to Kyiv was destroyed by a Russian strike
in the Kursk area of Russia where Ukraine has been advancing for
several days in an unprecedented incursion, local sources said
Wednesday.
The Shield tank used by the invading Ukrainians was made by the
Tekne company at Ortona in Abruzzo. (ANSA).
