(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 18 - Inter Milan's Serie A title defence
started with a 2-2 draw at Genoa while AC Milan also claimed a
2-2 draw with Torino on Saturday.
Genoa took an early lead with a goal by Alessandro Vogliacco.
Marcus Thuram scored twice for Inter but, despite his efforts,
the match ended in a draw for the champions.
Meanwhile AC Milan drew 2-2 with Torino, which had been leading
with goals from Malick Thiaw, who scored an own goal, and Duvan
Zapata.
However, AC Milan's Alvaro Morata scored in the 89th minute and
Noah Okafor equalized.
Parma, back in Serie A after three years, drew 1-1 with
Fiorentina.
The final match between Empoli and Monza ended with a goalless
draw. (ANSA).
