(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 25 - A small restaurant at Camogli near Genoa has been targeted on social media after requiring customers to order at least two courses, local daily Il Secolo XIX reported Sunday.
"It wasn't an easy choice but it was done to guarantee quality, without having to cut products or staff," said the owner, Valentia Mura, stressing that her trattoria only had 18 seats.
She also said that "customers can stay for as long as they like".
Critics on social media said the decision was unwarranted.
