Industrial turnover up 0.1% in June - ISTAT

(ANSA) - ROME, AUG 28 - Industrial turnover in June increased by 0.1% in value and decreased by 0.7% in volume on a monthly basis, according to seasonally adjusted estimates released by national statistics institute ISTAT on Wednesday.
    On a year-on-year basis, in June 2024, the calendar adjusted industry turnover index contracted in both value (-3.7%) and volume (-3.3%), registering a 6.0% decrease in the domestic market (-5.6% in volume) and a 0.6% increase (+0.8% in volume) in the non-domestic market, ISTAT reported.
    The statistics bureau also noted that estimates for seasonally adjusted turnover index for services in June decreased in the month-on-month series by 0.7% in value and 1.0% in volume.
