(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 14 - Some 11 youths were charged with
offences Saturday relating to a riot in a Turin juvenile
facility last month.
They are reportedly the alleged organisers and main perpetrators
of the violence that took place inside the jail, which was
seriously damaged.
The charges formulated by the deputy prosecutor of the juvenile
court of the Piedmont capital, Davide Fratta, are for the crime
of devastation and looting. Some of the youths were also charged
with violence and resisting a public official. (ANSA).
