Dad arrested after two-year-old daughter ingests drugs

(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 28 - A man in the Calabrian city of Cosenza has been arrested after her two-year-old daughter was hospitalized Thursday night because she accidentally ingested drugs, investigative sources said on Saturday.
    Cosenza police flying squad investigating the case found drugs and material to package it in the parents' home, investigators said.
    Medical sources at the Annunziata Hospital in Cosenza said on Friday that the little girl was in a pharmacologically-induced coma after ingesting marijuana.
    She was taken to the hospital by her parents after she became unresponsive.
    The child's father has a police record, according to investigative sources (ANSA).
