MEF and Asterion in 700 million bid for Sparkle

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 2 - The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) together with Retelit SpA (a subsidiary of Asterion Industrial Partners Sgeic S.A. ) on Wednesday presented an offer to Tim to acquire the entire capital of its fiber-optic Sparkle unit.
    The exclusive purchase offer, which is subject to customary market practices, amounts to a total of EUR 700 million and is valid until 15 October 2024. (ANSA).
