(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 3 - A tarpaulin ended up on the overhead
wires of trains connecting Rome to Civitavecchia, in the area of
Santa Severa, possibly due to the wind, causing delays of up to
two hours and cancellations on Thursday, one day after over 100
trains were cancelled and dozens were delayed due to a
malfunction in Rome's railway network that paralyzed the
capital's two main train stations, Roma Termini and Roma
Tiburtina.
Polfer railway police are investigating the incident in which
nobody was injured.
