(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 4 - Senate Speaker Ignazio la Russa said
Friday the time had come let Senators bring their pets into the
upper chamber of the Italian parliament.
"I believe that the time has come to authorize, with due
concern, Senators to bring their pets into the Senate", said the
co-founder of Premier Giorgia Meloni's rightwing Brothers of
Italy (FdI) party.
He was speaking at the second annual edition of an FdI event in
Sicily, The Roots of Beauty. (ANSA).
