(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 7 - Stellantis dealers on Monday sent a
letter to ask the European Commission President Ursula von der
Leyen to postpone the entry into force of EU limits on car
emissions from 2025 to 2027.
From next year the emissions will be limited to 95 gCO2/km under
current plans.
A similar request came in recent days from ACEA, the association
of European car manufacturers, chaired by Luca De Meo, while the
CEO of Stellantis, Carlos Tavares, expressed his opposition.
