(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 14 - Solidarity towards migrants underlies
the Italian Constitution, President Sergio Mattarella told an
event on migration in Milan Monday.
"Today immigrants are different.
(They come) from other continents, also burdened by
unsustainable conditions. Others are also the actors of a
valuable work that tends to realize the objectives of solidarity
that the Constitutional Charter has placed at the foundations of
our coexistence". (ANSA).
