Memorandum between Fincantieri-Qatari Barzan for 40 radars

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 21 - A memorandum between Fincantieri and Barzan, forged ahead of the signature of a contract for 40 Omega 360 radars, and an accord between Sace and Estithmar Holding, with the objective of creating the strategic access of Italian companies to the Qatari market, in particular in construction and healthcare, were two of the agreements reached during the State visit of the emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Italian sources said Monday.
    Al-Thani signed with Premier Giorgia Meloni a joint statement on the main aspects of bilateral cooperation, including foreign policy, migration, the Rome Process and Mattei Plan, investments, defence, energy, judicial cooperation, research and tourism, the sources said. (ANSA).
