Italy's GDP stable in Q3 says ISTAT

(ANSA) - ROME, OCT 30 - Italy's growth remained stable in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the previous trimester, ISTAT said on Wednesday.
    The national statistics institute estimates that GDP in chain-linked values adjusted for seasonal and calendar effects remained stationary compared to the previous quarter and grew by 0. 4% year-on-year.
    The provisional estimate is the result, among others, of the growth recorded in the services sector, a slight contraction in agriculture, forestry and fishing and a decline in the industrial sector, said ISTAT. (ANSA).
