Leonardo 9-mt profit 25% up, revenues and orders up

(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 7 - Leonardo closed the first nine months of 2024 with "growth in all the main indicators", the aerospace and defence giant said Thursday.
    The net result, +142. 5% to 730 million, benefits from the extraordinary item of the fair value valuation of the Telespazio group, for the consolidation of the Telespazio group, it said.
    Net of this effect, the ordinary net result stands at 364 million, +25.5%.
    Orders are equal to 14.753 billion euros, +11.7%, with an order portfolio of 43.618 billion which ensures coverage in terms of production for more than 2.5 years.
    Revenues, equal to 12.076 billion, increase by 17.6%. +18% the Ebita to 766 million euros.
    Group net debt decreased by 18.2% to 3.1 billion. (ANSA).
