(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 24 - Scores of train services were
cancelled across Italy on Sunday due to a 24-hour strike called
by autonomous trade unions that started at 9 pm Saturday.
The protest is part of a series of strikes against the
government's 2025 budget, along with other sector-specific
issues.
Doctors and nurses went on strike on Wednesday and the CGIL and
UIL union confederations have called a general strike on
November 29. (ANSA).
