(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 27 - Premier Giorgia Meloni on Wednesday
quipped that if Israel and Hezbollah had been able to reach a
ceasefire deal in Lebanon then the government should be able to
reach one after a split on cutting the license fee of Rai state
broadcaster.
"If we have reached an agreement for a ceasefire in Lebanon, we
can also do it on the Rai license fee," Meloni told journalists
on the sidelines of the Med Dialogues in Rome, thus downplaying
Forza Italia's refusal to cut the license fee.
"They are skirmishes. I don't see anything particularly
serious," she added. (ANSA).
