(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 3 - The president of the Lower House's
productive activities committee Alberto Gusmeroli on Tuesday
reiterated his call for Stellantis Chairman John Elkann to
report to parliament after Carlos Tavares quit as CEO of the
Italian-French-American carmaker.
"Once again (I call on Elkann) to participate in a joint hearing
before the parliamentary committees of the Lower House and
Senate to discuss the Stellantis group's industrial plan,
production continuity and the maintenance of jobs in our
country," Gusmeroli said.
He added that "all the political parties want to know what is
the strategic vision of Stellantis's key shareholder" and
stressed the "need to continue position dialogue in parliament".
